"L'appartement n'a pas de double vitrage aux fenêtres et on entend tout le bruit de la rue . Les éboueurs sont venus ramasser les poubelles à 3 h du matin et nous avons tout entendu. A part cet aspect, l'appartement est très confortable et beau dans sa globalité."

"This was an absolutely stunning place to stay, it gave a complete French vibe and was so comfortable. There is every necessity you need in the kitchen. The host also was amazing, he gave such clear instructions of things we needed to do to attend the property and also responded so promptly with any questions. I never stay in the one place twice but I would really consider coming back to this place if I came to south of France again 😊"

"Lovely spacious apartment with high ceilings and lots of windows. 3rd floor accessed by a small lift. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Living room with separate dining area. Fans in ech room rather than Aircon. A couple of blocks back from the sea at the Western End of the Promenade des Anglais. Easy 20 -30 walk into Old Nice. Good local restaurant, cafe, and grocery store."

"The host was very nice and pleasant person but did not speak English. Hard to find parking for unloading your luggages and overall parking is an issue around the area. The rooms needs a bit more cleaning in and above the wardrobes."
